Hi, I’m Terra — the Prop Queen behind Prop & Drop Queen!

I’m a firefighter-paramedic and registered nurse from Washington, DC who found joy and healing in plants. What started as a small hobby quickly grew into a passion for rare aroids, propagations, and experimenting with soilless mixes.


Caring for plants taught me patience, resilience, and growth — the same values I bring into my everyday life as a mom, nurse, and community member. I created Prop & Drop Queen to share that passion with you: from my signature Prop Queen Soilless Mix, to healthy plants, and planty accessories that make your green space thrive.
